Week 1 Day 2 Activity 2 One small step for a man

Howdy Guys and Girls,

I will be writing a poem about how I felt when I set my foot on the moon.
I hope you like it!

When I stepped on the moon,
It felt harder than a balloon.
It felt powdery and soft,
but not frost.
Time to go now,
if you've seen it, you would be saying wow.

What poems could you think of?

  1. Hi Tiffany,

What a cool poem you have created. I really like that it rhymes, it makes it really catchy!
Have you written any other poems before? I don't think I have since I was at primary school so I am not sure how good my poems would be but I'll try.

    The moon is so bright,
Up in the sky at night,
    You can't go by car,
    It's just way too far,
    I'll admire from here,
    While it's way up there.

Until next time, happy blogging :)
    Emma

  2. Hello Emma,

This was actually my first time writing a poem in my own words! The poem you made was actually really good.

    Happy Holidays,
    Tiffany
